All products sold through www.authorcassidycross.com are delivered digitally—no physical shipping is involved. Every eBook is fulfilled securely via our trusted partner BookFunnel.com. This policy explains how delivery works, typical timeframes, and what to do if you run into trouble.

 

 

1. How eBook Delivery Works

Immediately after checkout you’ll receive an order-confirmation email from www.authorcassidycross.com.

Within minutes you’ll get a second email from BookFunnel.com containing a secure download link. In some cases you’ll be redirected to BookFunnel right after checkout.

Access & Download

Click the link, enter the email you used at purchase (and any password BookFunnel prompts for), then choose your preferred format—EPUB, PDF, or MOBI—for instant download to your device.

Delivery timeframe: Most customers receive the BookFunnel email in under 5 minutes. If it hasn’t arrived after 15 minutes, check your spam/junk folder.

 

 

2. No Physical Shipping

  • We sell digital products only—no print, POD, or other physical merchandise.

  • Because there are no packages to ship, there are no shipping fees or delivery delays due to carriers.

 

 

3. Supported Formats & Devices

  • Formats: EPUB, PDF, MOBI (plus any others BookFunnel makes available).

  • Compatibility: Kindle, Kobo, Nook, smartphones, tablets, laptops—BookFunnel walks you through the correct setup for each device.

 

 

4. Download Limits & Device Transfers

  • Download attempts: BookFunnel allows multiple attempts for each title. If you reach the limit or still can’t download, contact us (details below).

  • Multiple devices: You may load your eBooks onto several personal devices, subject to BookFunnel’s fair-use limits.

 

 

5. Troubleshooting Delivery Issues

  1. Locate the BookFunnel email – Search inbox and spam folders for “BookFunnel Delivery.”

  2. Verify the link – Ensure the download link hasn’t expired or been blocked by a mail filter.

  3. Still stuck? – Email cassidy@authorcassidycross.com with:

    • Order number

    • Purchase email address

    • A brief description of the problem
      (We may loop in BookFunnel support if needed.)

 

 

6. Refunds & Cancellations
